Day 2 of the 28 day challenge

Hello everyone.  Day 2 of the whole food plant strong diet.

Today at my office I used  a Tanita body composition scale to weigh in.

Height  5'8 1/2"
Weight 135 lbs
Body fat 22.1%

I will be measuring weight and body fat percentage every Wednesday of this challenge.

Today is my long treatment day.  Patients from 8 am until 6 pm.  I love Wednesdays, so thanks to  all of  you:).

Workout was early this am, 530 AM, swimming at the Golden Rec Center. 1 mile, followed by hot tub and sauna.

Workout was about an 1 hour today.

Now on to the food!

Breakfast: Ezekiel cinnamon raisin cereal with 1/2 banana, cinnamon and almond milk.
Snack: peach
Lunch: Ezekiel bread sandwich, hummus, cucumbers, sprouts, avocado, mustard.  Black bean and quinoa salad/ kale superfood salad from Whole Foods. YUM.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Whole wheat pizza, artichokes, onions, peppers. No cheese. It was surprisingly delicious.

Tired today, went to be too late last night. Tonight, it's bed at 930 pm.
